Introduction

The main responsibility of the IT Financial and Contract Analyst is finding/managing/working with IT vendors to purchase hardware/software efficiently. Besides it, he/she should analyze the current cost to suggest the cost saving actions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement sourcing of IT hardware, software and services as per requests.
  • Manages the accurate and efficient processing of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and associated reporting.
  • Manage IT vendor performance.
  • Analyze costs across multiple factors (location, product, organization, growth, etc.).
  • Assist with annual budget development and measurement.
  • Assist with Onboarding/Offboarding vendors.
  • Assist staff with asset management.
  • Coordinate with IT staff on purchasing transactions.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance staff on IT related processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2+ years of purchasing experience (both local and overseas), IT experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of accounting exposure related to AP/GL/FA. Global experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial analysis skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate across time zones.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
