Submit Your CV and Documents
When applying for a technical position at Optimizely, ensure that your CV includes the following essential details:
- Job title/Applied position
- Years of experience
- Contact information (email, phone, Skype/Linkedin, etc.)
- Working background (previous companies)
- Education and certifications (if applicable)

- Any other relevant information related to the job
You can find open positions and a sample CV template on this website. The interviewers will review your CV to assess your suitability for the position. If you meet the qualifications, you will proceed to the next step: the online test.
Online Test
Once qualified, you will receive an email containing information about the online test. The test consists of 45 single- and multiple-choice questions, and you will have a maximum of 85 minutes to complete it.
Before starting the official test, we recommend practicing with the sample test link provided in the email. Take the sample test as many times as needed to familiarize yourself with the format.
Before taking the official test, ensure that you have:
- Approximately 2 hours of spare time, including preparation.
- Access to a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
- A distraction-free environment.
Feel free to take the online test at your convenience. If you are unable to allocate time during working hours, you are welcome to complete it in the evening or over the weekend.
After completing the test, it may take several days to receive the results. If you qualify, you will proceed to the next stage: the technical interview.
Technical Interview
The technical interview will be conducted offline and will involve 2 to 3 interviewers. The questions will vary based on the specific job type and level that the interviewers are looking for.
At the beginning of the session, you will be asked to introduce yourself in English. The interview will then cover technical knowledge, your relevant experience, and related subjects.
Notes
- Depending on your English proficiency, the interview may be partly or fully conducted in English.
- This interview is an opportunity for both you and the interviewers to understand each other, so feel free to ask questions if needed.
After the interview, you will receive feedback within several days. If you qualify, you will proceed to the post-interview session.
Post-Interview
During the post-interview session, we will discuss working hours, the onboarding process, salary, and other benefits. If everything aligns with your expectations, Optimizely will send you an official offer via email. You can accept the offer by sending back your confirmation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our HR department.
We wish you the best of luck in your interview process with Optimizely!
